# Recommended Settings

> Our recommended in-game settings for the best visual experience with U1D GFX Enhanced on GTA V Enhanced.

These are the settings we recommend configuring in GTA V Enhanced to get the most out of U1D GFX. The pack is designed and tuned around these values, so deviating significantly may affect the intended look.

## Display Settings

<ParamField path="Brightness" type="Display">
  Set brightness to **14 clicks from the left** on the in-game brightness slider.

  This is the value U1D GFX Enhanced is calibrated for. Going higher or lower will shift the overall tone of the visuals.
</ParamField>

## Graphics Settings

<ParamField path="Graphics Quality" type="Graphics">
  Set all graphics options to **High**.

  U1D GFX Enhanced is built to complement GTA V Enhanced at high settings. Running on lower settings may cause visual inconsistencies such as incorrect lighting or shadow artifacts.
</ParamField>

<Note>
  If you experience performance issues with all settings on High, try lowering **Shadows** and **Reflections** first, as these have the largest performance impact with the least visual tradeoff when using U1D GFX.
</Note>
